In the course of the „Kunstfrühling“ in 2009, the science centre „Universum“ in Bremen had a figurative opponent: A lonely fisherman sat at the lake and quietly and immovable waited for fish to take the bait. With his umbrella and waterproof clothes he was perfectly protected from rai
From a distance the viewer could not tell, if he was real or not. The building of the science centre “Universum” turned into a huge whale, which slowly closed in on the fisherman. That way an area of tension between fisherman, viewer and architecture occurred and kept many different stories.
